I built it up to the only rim i have avilbe that dint require me to tear down two wheels :p&lt;br /&gt;So Now i got this 13t monster laced up to a mavic sup x. Much lighter than my hazzard to alex wheel. &lt;br /&gt;Damn its a sexy wheel.&lt;br /&gt;So tomorrow I need to hunt up a 36t chainwheel.</content>

    <content type="html">rebuilt some oldschool gt pedals.&lt;br /&gt;Ivee had these things for 10 years no wonder they were getting crunchy.&lt;br /&gt;I took them apart and the seals had deterioted into sticky mush.&lt;br /&gt;cleaned up the bearings,regreased and repacked them, roll like butter now.</content>

    <content type="html">So yeah, Met another rider in the neighborhood. Rides a DB kinda Like Billys. Hes a good 12 or so blocks away. Seems more into dirt jumping. WEll I'm all for that. I reall need to make more contacts out here to ride with and maybe even hwelp me progress.&lt;br /&gt;Think I pulled one of those tender muscles in my abdomen while practicing manuals in the driveway. What sucks about having surgery is its sometimes you lose alot while recovering. Being on your backside for a week makes you pretty weak. So now its kinda like starting all over form block one. I couldnt even jhop worth shit , not to mention it hurt like hell. &lt;br /&gt;So when can I expect to be healed enough to be 100% back on my bike?&lt;br /&gt;Who the fuck knows? The doc sure didnt.</content>
